PURCHASE POLICY
1. YOUR PRIVACY:
Customer privacy is our number one priority. Please be assured
that we do NOT sell or share any customer information with other
businesses. Your mailing address is ONLY used for your
product delivery and your email address is ONLY used to contact
you in regards to the item that you have ordered. We do NOT
store customer information in a database and we do NOT spam our
customers. This is our promise to all our customers. Please
feel safe while you browse our website.
2. PRODUCT SALES & DELIVERY:
Items that are "IN STOCK" will be shipped within 3-5 business
days from the Credit card approval.
Please allow about 4-6 weeks In-Transit delivery time.
3. SNAIL MAIL ORDERS:

4. BACK-ORDERS:
If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will notify you of
the expected ship date via e-mail.
5. CANCELED ORDERS:
Orders can be canceled by emailing Customer Service at sales@tv-showroom.com
only prior to shipping.
You must include your order confirmation number.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of
merchandise. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Merchandise
must be in original factory condition, and must include all original
packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All
returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and are subject to
a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

8. SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping and handling will be added to all Orders (as shown on the order
form).
9. 7% Goods and Service Tax (GST) will be added to all Canadian
Orders Only.
(This only applies to people who live in Canada)
10. All the prices listed on this WebSite are in US DOLLARS.

Due to extreme high sales volume we are experiencing a delay in our
Customer Service department. You may not get a response for several days
to your email. This doesn't mean your request has not been addressed. So
please be patient. You may find our telephone lines are busy or are
being answered by our answering service. When requesting Customer
Service info you should leave your email address so that you can receive
an email with updated information regarding current known product
statuses. This also helps us in tracking your order and shipment.
